  9. •  US$, either by check (drawn on a US bank), postal money order, or cash.
  10. •  UK£ Sterling, either by check (drawn on a UK bank), EuroCheque, or cash.
  11. •  Please do NOT send any currencies other than US$ or UK£. If you cannot
  12.     obtain either of these two currencies, then just send me a post card.
  13. •  Please do NOT send EuroCheques made out in US dollars. If you want to
  14.     send a EuroCheque, make it payable in UK pounds sterling instead.
  15. •  I cannot accept Canadian checks unless they are made payable in US$
  16.     and the bank has a US affiliate whose address is printed on the check.
